  • 16 November: 1254 UTC: 1323 kHz: Voice of Russia  Speech in the German language spoken by a female, with popular music - Elaine Page 'Another Suitcase, Another Hall'. Speech in German by male.  Good to fair reception.
    ID signal, new broadcast at 13 UTC, sounds like Russian... Voice of Russia, Wachenbrunn, Germany, 150 up to 800 kW. Speech by female - Sports headlines as part of the news? Music. To 1307 UTC.
  • 16 November: 1316 UTC: 1341 kHz: BBC Radio Ulster  Female host with male guest talking of financial matters on BBC Radio Ulster, Lisnagarvey, Co Down, Northern Ireland, 100 kW.  Good reception. Timecheck, weather report. Social housing and associated matters. To 1332 UTC.

Excellent to fair reception. Music: Lou Rawls 'Lady Love'. Male speech: "TT races were nearly lost to Belgium - The History Man" To 1700 UTC.

Speech regarding President Elect Barack Obama. Army base at Fairford, recording of memories of man who grew up in Alabama.
