My AM Archive: January 2010

CHANGES are continuing on the Medium Wave band at time of writing, with the majority of BBC broadcasts scheduled for closure now running their recurring retune announcements.
Whilst some have been heard by myself on the Medium Wave band of my current receiver, a Sangean ATS-405, I have heard many of the announcements by using UK-based Web SDRs.

Away from current matters, this post brings memories of Medium Wave broadcasts dated January 2010, as part of the My AM Archive thread.

The previous post in this thread, My AM Archive: November 2009, can be found here.
